Tammy Williams


A Director at O’Connor Law, Tammy was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2007. Tammy practices commercial law with a particular interest in Wills and estates, property (residential and commercial), leasing, franchising, business structuring and business succession planning.


Tammy has extensive experience in the area of commercial law, with special interest in property law including leasing (both commercial and retail), and residential and commercial conveyancing. Tammy has experience in corporate advisory work including advice to companies in capital raising requirements and company restructuring and negotiating Shareholder Agreements and share sales transactions. She has a particular interest in advising companies limited by guarantee, local sporting clubs and other community organisations in relation to their structure and corporate governance obligations.

Tammy also has a keen interest and experience in the areas of Wills and estates, from simple Wills to complex estate planning.
