Senior Associate

Senior Associate at O’Connor Law, Tammy was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2007. Tammy practices commercial law with a particular interest in corporations law, property (residential and commercial), leasing, franchising, business structuring and business succession planning.


Tammy has extensive experience in the area of commercial law, with special interest in property law including leasing (both commercial and retail), residential and commercial conveyancing. Tammy has also acted for property developers in relation to the preparation of complex “off-the-plan” contracts. She also has experience in corporate advisory work, taking particular interest in advising companies limited by guarantee and local sporting clubs and other clubs in relation to their structure and corporate governance obligations.

Tammy also enjoys advising clients in relation to corporate and shareholder issues, including advice in relation to shareholders agreements, company structuring and capital raising requirements. Tammy acts for a number of franchisees and is particularly familiar with the franchising laws in Australia.
