A Director at O’Connor Law, Tammy was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2007. Tammy practices in commercial law across a number of areas including corporate governance and advisory, business advisory, property (residential, commercial and rural), leasing, franchising and competition and consumer law, business structuring and succession planning.
Experience
Tammy has experience in many areas of commercial law and has acted for a variety of clients ranging from sole traders to publicly listed companies. Tammy has experience in corporate advisory work including advice to companies in capital raising requirements, corporate governance requirements and company restructuring (including equity sales) and negotiating Shareholder Agreements. She has experience in property, including leasing, residential development, and residential, commercial and rural/agricultural purchases and sales. Tammy often advises in relation to franchise matters and the Competition and Consumer Act and often advises businesses and consumers alike as to its application including assisting businesses to prepare conditions in compliance with its terms.
